$100 MLS Listing

• We'll place your home in the Cincinnati MLS for $100. Your home will remain on the MLS until it sells or until you wish to remove it. If you decide to remove your home before it sells, you incur no other costs.

• Once on the MLS your home becomes listed on many local and national sites such as Realtor.com, Yahoo.com, SibcyCline.com, Huff.com etc. Your home will be exposed to thousands of buyers and hundreds of Realtors. We can also place your home on many FSBO web sites.

• You decide how much compensation you wish to offer Realtors ( 1% or 2% or 3% commission.) Realtors will call our office and our showing service will call you to set an appointment for their buyer's to view your home.

• If the Realtor's buyer writes a purchase offer on your home, we represent you in the transaction. We will present the offer, help you negotiate, make sure your buyer is qualified and work with all parties involved to see that your deal closes on time.

• If you find a buyer through your own marketing efforts, we will help you prepare a legal purchase contract, make sure all the state mandatory disclosures are signed, make sure that your buyer gets financed and work with all parties involved to see that your deal closes on time.

• Once your home closes, we will request a $950 marketing/consulting fee. This fee may be waived under certain circumstances. Contact us for details.
